 E-Valuate Partners consultants provide management support services to a number of businesses. These are a few examples of the support which we have provided: 

• General Counsel to a Public Limited Company analogous to debt funded Private Equity vehicle which has for over 30 years held multiple investment position in many companies.

• Supporting the sale of the shares of frontier Medtech digital business to US technology provider quoted on the New York and Australian Stock Exchanges: drafting Information Memorandum; hosting and preparing management meetings; issuing NDAs; setting up and managing the data room; dealing with exclusivity agreement; handling the due diligence; liaising with external lawyers/drafting Share Purchase Agreement; guiding the transaction through to completion.

• Legal and strategic support on commercial and policy matters, including information technology and IP, especially software and licence agreements as well as distribution agreements, work in relation to emerging markets, strategic partner relationships, transactional risk and deal structuring for complex transactions.

• General Counsel and Head of Compliance in frontier technology business with leading market position in remote patient monitoring in the UK. Responsible for contracts; the regulatory compliance regime (including medical device regulations and clinical safety regulations). Liaising with the Product and Development team in relation to the delivery of key contracts. 

• Day to day responsibility for the development of leading Health tec App. Managing the development team; direct responsibility for the joint venture with key partner.
